At Tech Shop UK, your satisfaction is important to us. While we are committed to offering quality products and dependable service, we must also protect our business from misuse and ensure a fair process for all. This Returns & Refund Policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Distance Selling Regulations.

2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging with all tags and accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt).
Items returned without prior authorisation or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email info@techshopuk.com. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
⚠️ Do not send items directly to Tech Shop UK’s premises. Return addresses vary by product and will be assigned based on the original supplier or service centre.
3. Who Pays Return Shipping?
Unless your item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Tech Shop UK does not reimburse shipping for discretionary returns (i.e., buyer’s remorse, change of mind).

Returns must be sent to the assigned supplier or warehouse – NOT to Tech Shop UK’s offices.

Items sent without authorisation or to the wrong location may not be refunded.

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended. Tech Shop UK is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned, except where faulty or not as described:

Gift cards or vouchers

Custom or personalised goods

Perishable goods (e.g. food, supplements)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Personal care or hygiene-related products, including:

Earbuds, headphones, razors, trimmers, toothbrushes

Any product with direct skin, oral, or ear contact once opened

Mobile and computer accessories, including:

USB cables, chargers, adapters, power banks, hard drives/SSDs, memory cards

Keyboards, mice, webcams, and similar devices once opened or used

Smartwatches and tech wearables once opened or synced to a mobile device

Home & kitchen appliances (e.g. blenders, grinders, juicers) that:

Have been opened, used, or show signs of wear or food residue

Are returned without all original packaging, parts, or manuals

⚠️ Any returned item received in used or tampered condition, or without original components, may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

An unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Photographs of the product and packaging

Description of the fault or discrepancy

No claims will be accepted without verifiable proof. Videos/photos are required to prevent fraudulent returns.
Once verified, we may:

Offer a replacement or store credit

Request return of the faulty item
Tech Shop UK reserves the right to deny refund or replacement if evidence is insufficient or the claim appears fraudulent.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:

Purchase the desired item in a new order

8. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Customers)
